14. Can I apply your material in a crack that seems like it gets bigger and smaller?

Once done you can use our material to fix the crack in the brick.

Answer: We offer a small and large color adjustment kit if you think you will need to modify a premixed color.

21. How close is the color of your sample to the brick that is pictured?
Answer: We do our best in taking our photos to show the true color of the brick and the sample. But all bricks (even ones that seem to have the same color) have different shades in them. So the brick you see matched maybe the same brick as you have but maybe one of a different shade that makes up your brick patten. Also different computer monitors show colors differently.

22. How do I make the color for my brick from your base colors?
Answer: Once you pick your color out we will send you the formula to make the color you have chosen. For example if you choose a color and it is made up of brown, red, and black You will get a jar of each color. Then you will be given a formula to make the color that says for example, “take 2 teaspoon of brown, 1/2 teaspoon of red, and 1/4 teaspoon of black and mix together until blended”. It is literally that easy.

23. My brick has a sandy finish can this be duplicated with your product?
Answer: Absolutely, all you need to do is buy one of our sands in the color of the sand that is on your brick now. Once you have patched your brick with Färg all you will need to do is place some sand on our texture pad and blot the area of the brick that has had the Färg material applied.

24. Do I need to clean or pressure wash my wall before I install your product on my brick?
Answer: You do not need to clean your brick, but the area you are patching needs to be dry and free of dust and debris. So if you send us a sample of a brick you want color matched and it is dirty we will match the dirty bricks color. So if down the road you want to clean your brick wall these brick that you patched earlier will appear dirty. It is advisable to clean your wall before you patch it to be safe.

25. Can I pressure wash my wall after I have patched it?
Answer: It is always better to pressure wash your wall before you patch it. This way you are matching clean brick and you also don’t run any risk of damaging any of your patches you have done.

26. If my brick has other colors showing through, will you show me how to replicate that look?
Answer: Yes, this information can be found under our Instructions tab, with the heading “How to blend different Färg colors and how to match a brick that has a sandy finish.”
